OC group based on user tag not working

Issue/Introduction

I am using a user tag filter to find sources to add to a group and when I add that filter it is not finding any of my sources.

Environment

Release : 20.4

Component : Operator Console Account Admin/Groups configuration

Resolution

The problem was related to the fact that the group was tied to an account, but that account did not have access to the hub data where these systems reside. Update the account so that it had access to the hub, and now the filter should work.
