Issue/Introduction

OneClick Console and OneClick WebApp slowness after upgrading to Spectrum 21.2.8

The problem can be quickly reproduced by clicking on the Information TAB of the VNM models.

But the issue is also observed in other TABs like Topology, Alarms Details, etc when the problem is live

 

Environment

Release : 21.2

Component : Spectrum Core / SpectroSERVER

Cause

When logged in with a specific account the problem is reproduced.

But when logged as spectrum (Spectrum Install Owner) account the problem is NOT reproduced.

 

Resolution

Deleted and recreated the problematic account.

The issue is no longer occurring.
