CAS9 abends with a S322 at startup.

Issue/Introduction

The CAS9 started task abends with the following  

 CAS9 CAS9 - ABEND=S322 U0000 REASON=00000000 148 
 TIME=07.33.42  I use  START CAS9,SUB=MSTR                

Environment

Release : 15.0
Component : Resource Initialization Manager(CAIRIM)

Cause

The S322 is a timeout error due to a missing TIME=1441 parm  

Resolution

When using SUB=MASTER to start CAIRIM, add a TIME=1440 parameter
