Rally: Work Item Template is not being applied

Issue/Introduction

My work item template is not being applied as expected.

Resolution

The templates are a function of the Work Item Editor. Clicking Create, does not launch the editor so the template is not applied. 

 

To use templates, you need to click "Create With Details", this applies the appropriate template for the work item type.
