Can the PROTECTED attribute be added after the acid has already been created?

Resolution
If the password or phrase is removed from a user via:
TSS REMOVE(acid) PSWDDATA
TSS REMOVE(acid) PHRASDATA
it will automatically pick up the PROTECTED attribute.
