Issue/Introduction

How to use global variables for email fields in Notifications?

Usage of variables allows easy change of emails at job level and application level.  The variables can be set at Services -> Global Variables in Desktop Client.

Use VAR option for emails:

1. Login to DE server from Desktop Client.

2. Navigate to Services -> Variables

3. Create a Variable, e.g. email1 (use any name)

4. For this example, Default context will be used.  For multiple mails separate it by comma.

5. Save and define the variable in your job under notification:

6. To change the users, then just edit the Variable.  Create variable based on user names etc.
