Post OC package deployment - Error 404 The origin server did not find a current representation

Issue/Introduction

After deployment of the following OC 20.41 hotfix packages,

mcsuiapp_portlet-20.4.1.zip
policy_management_ws-20.4.1.zip
uim_reportscheduler-20.4.1.zip
ump_dashboard-20.4.1.zip
ump_operatorconsole-20.4.1.zip
ump_slm-20.4.1.zip
wasp_alarmviewer_api-20.4.1.zip

When trying to access the Operator Console (OC), an error is thrown:

Type Status Report
Message The requested resource [/operatorconsole_portlet/] is not available
Description The origin server did not find a current representation for the target resource or is not willing to disclose that one exists.

Error 404 The origin server did not find a current representation.

Environment

Release : 20.4.1

Component: wasp 20.40

Resolution

1. Deactivate wasp probe on the OC Robot
2. Deploy the following additional packages
    a. ump_operatorconsole (latest version) to the OC server
    b. ump (latest version) to the OC server
3. RDP to the OC server and clear the contents of the wasp/work folder
4. Activate wasp

5. Access the OC
