After upgrading Oracle to version 19c, Applications Manager fails to start and Java awapi times out. Additionally, the below error is seen in the RMI logs:

This error is generally seen if Applications Manager is on version 9.3.0 or 9.3.1 or earlier.

Compatibility with Oracle 19c was added in version 9.3.2.
Upgrading Applications Manager to version 9.3.2 or above should resolve the error.
