Seeing global sync run for hours or days after upgrade to DX Netops 21.2.8 or 21.2.9

Cause

Defect: DE531702

Resolution

This issue has been fixed in DX Netops 21.2.10 and later:

Symptom: After upgrading to MySQL 8 and conversion to INNODB, pull synchronization SQL queries for device deletion run very slow. Also, device global synchronization delete queries run very slow.
Resolution: Added index where needed and updated queries to force use of an index in some cases.
