Error "PAM database is missing" during upgradation

Issue/Introduction

While upgrading to PAM 4.3.05, got the below error in the DB screen:
"PAM database is missing"

The installation.log shows:
"<ERROR 2022-04-05 02:15:45,933 OasisValidation::error> Exception creating table Temp
java.sql.SQLException: CREATE TABLE permission denied in database 'PAM'."

Release : 4.3.X

Cause

The user mentioned doesn't have the Administrator Privileges to the PAM database.

Resolution

You must have user credentials with Administrator privileges. Check with your DBA to grant the Administrator privileges.
