Double Alarm And Missing Clear Alarm E-Mail Notification

Issue/Introduction

For some alarms, we are getting double e-mail notification. Also, we are not getting some clear alarms e-mail notification. l attached screenshots on this case. In the past, l had another case which is 32837274. Could you share advice?

Resolution

Use of nas AO Profile 'On arrival' sometimes creates race conditions so advised customer to set the given profile to use On Overdue age and observe the results. It may take some time due to the fact that the doubled alarms/emails occur randomly/intermittently. Tested and confirmed using same nas AO Profile but with On overdue age sent, that no doubled/dupe alarms are generated.
