Issue/Introduction

Sometime, uninstalling connectors would leave old entries in the .com.zerog.registry.xml file.

Environment

Release : 4.2

Component : Catalyst Connector for SNMP-Generic

Resolution

Uninstall APM and SNMP connectors left old entries in the .com.zerog.registry.xml file that are needed to remove manually.

 

In the file, there are separate sections for product and component from the old connectors that has to be removed before installing any new connectors.
