Issue/Introduction

CA Process Automation 04.3.05.

The performance is slow, some changes aren't being saved by the instances, and the operators are taking a lot of time to process.

What we can see is that our server has a usage of 100% of CPU, but as soon as we shut down PAM, CPU resources come back to low usage 1%-5%. 

We already checked DB performance: ok. And we already tuned PAM. I'm attaching log files, and config files that may help in diagnosis.

Resolution

Stop the Orchestrator

Delete the activemq messages with the following query in database:

delete from Node0ACTIVEMQ_MSGS where CONTAINER='queue://ActiveMQ.DLQ'

Back up the following folders and then delete the contents:
audit
data
scripts
tmp
work
wrappers

(please note: delete the contents NOT delete the folders!)

Start the Orchestrator
