DIM Incident User Direction filter and entity collections

Issue/Introduction

When creating entity collections in the Analyzer for Risk Vectors and Event Scenarios and using the DIM Incident User Direction dimension as a filter (for example, to only include users who were the source user on a DIM incident), the Analyzer does not filter the users in the entity collection as expected. In the example of filtering on source users, Risk Vectors and Event Scenario instances include users who were only the destination user on an incident.
