Job will not respond to Kill

Issue/Introduction

Job will not respond to Kill in CA Workload Automation AE.
It will not respond to command sendevent -E KILLJOB <name of job> -j either

results of autorep -j <name of job> -d

Resolution

The reason why the sendevent -E KILLJOB -J <name of job> is not working is because the agent process for that job on the machine that the job runs on is no longer running. You can go to the machine where the job is run on any verify that the process for that job is no longer there. After verifying that the process is not there, you can manually change the status of the job.
