DCModule using almost 100% of CPU

Issue/Introduction

Control Compliance Suite (CCS) Agent is running a job and the DCModule is taking all of the available CPU almost 100%.

Cause

The DCModule will use as much as the OS gives it in order to complete the job.

Resolution

The DCModule runs at a low priority so if anything else needs to run, then the OS will take back the CPU cycles to give to any other process running at Normal or High priority.
