Issue/Introduction

Symantec Endpoint Detection and Response (SEDR) の Data Recorder 機能を使用する場合、設定された Data Recorder データベースのサイズを Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP) クライアントが遵守しない。次のディレクトリにあるファイルが、ポリシーで設定されているよりも多くのドライブ領域を消費している。

• C:\ProgramData\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection\CurrentVersion\Data\EDR\localdatastore

Cause

Windows OS の時間変更により、クライアント上のスケジュールされたパージジョブが未来にスケジュールされた場合に発生する可能性があります。

Resolution

この問題を回避するには Endpoint Protection クライアントを再起動してください。
