Resolution

Confirm the authority granted to the ID that was used to bind the product plans and packages.The Database Analyzer product plans are as follows;

DASPLN01=DSPSplan  PDA Services
RDAPLN01=RDPCplan  PDA Catalog Extract
RDAPLN02=RDPSplan  PDA Statistics     
RDAPLN03=RDPPplan  PDA Procedures     
RDAPLN04=RDPUplan  PDA Catalog Update 
RDAPLN05=RDPYplan  PDA Utility Manager  

as defined in the CDBPARM(PLANSxx) member.

The ID used for the binds must have SYSADM authority.
