Not able to reach OneClick Webapp" error, even though Tomcat and WebTomcat are both running

Issue/Introduction

Upon restarting, OneClick loaded frames, but no content.  Restarting both Tomcat and Webtomcat was successful; however, now we are unable to load access to OneClick.  We get the following error:

Request processing failed. Please refer the tomcat log for more details.

                     ..Not able to reach OneClick Webapp. Process might be stopped. Please start the Spectrum WebTomcat Process and re-launch

Resolution

With sudo adm privs, stopped  processd on this OC server (making sure all tomcat and webtomcat processes end as well), and  then restart  processd will resolve.
