Issue/Introduction

Broadcom Okta username has required email field set to an internal company email address. The Okta password reset email for the Clarity Okta user is getting blocked by the mail server and you need to adjust the internal mail filter to unblock it.

Steps to test Broadcom Okta account password reset emails are working:

  1. Use the forgot password option from the link https://portal.broadcom.com/web/guest/forgotpassword
  2. Using the Clarity Okta username send a password reset
  3. If the email is not received by the organization, check with internal email team and set filter/unblock the Okta user emails coming from [email protected]
