Issue/Introduction

After upgrading to SGOS 7.3.x, the following compilation warning shows up when applying policy. 

Warning: Coverage may not be consistent across policy versions: duplicate layer label: 'video content' cachepulse:1595
Optimizer: reducing constant false rule [cachepulse:60] {condition=SN_prevent_range_strip }
There were 0 errors and 1 warning

Environment

SGOS 7.3.x with CachePulse enabled.

Cloud SWG.

Cause

There is a duplicate label for "video content" and is only seen if cachepulse is enabled.

Resolution

The warning can be safely ignored at this time.

Engineering is aware of the issue.
