Issue/Introduction

The question that has arisen is can Spectrum (or any Broadcom DX app) support integrating with encryption SW like Voltage. 

Voltage is an enterprise encryption solution used to protect sensitive Payment Card Information (PCI) and Personal Identifiable Information (PII) data. It provides format preserving encryption for structured data and it is implemented at the application layer allowing applications to encrypt sensitive data both in-flight and at rest. Applications integrate with Voltage by editing their code to call API's to handle cryptographic operations.
