Issue/Introduction

When adding provisioning server to connector express seeing this issue. Can you help?

This is a high availability server. 

Error:

javax.naming.CommunicationException: <server name>:<port> [Root exception is java.net.ConnectException: Connection refused: connect]

 

Environment

Release : 14.3

Component :

Resolution

The listed port is 20390 but that is the TLS port, so you need  mark to use TLS when connecting
