When logging into the IBM iSeries server with local profile, if the profile is expired, the screen to create/reset a new password is not rendered.
The system continually reverts back to the initial sign on screen and after entering the correct profile and an expired password for a prompt to reset it, the login looped back to same screen over and over.
The User's Profile is expired and user is unable to reset his/her password.
The INI file is copied to C:\Users\I<User Profile>\Documents\<Exe Name>.ini during CA Plex installation. The above problem will occur if the INI file is set to "Ready Only" for security purposes.
