UIM - MCS log errors: Detected session error sending request. 'archive_is_package_deployable'

Issue/Introduction

There are some issues with MCS-UIM, when looking at the MCS logs we have seen some errors: 

Log:

 [TemplatePackageAvailabilityController[checkPackageAvailability]-245, mon_config_service] RetryNimRequest.retryOnCommSessionError:99: Detected session error sending request. Received status (4) on response (for sendRcv) for cmd = 'archive_is_package_deployable' name = 'rsp' Code 4

Should we worry about these errors?

Resolution

These messages could be explained as follows: MSC continues checking the package availability from distribution service from the "Archive" folder for the server all the time. So, if there is any communication issue that happens between MSC and the robot during that period, it will generate some error message, this can be a network issue or loss of few connectivity's.

This error can happen at any time your network loses a signal the moment the MSC requests a communication to the robot. MSC is communicating with the primary hub for package availability.

So, this error doesn't have any impact on the system and can be ignored.
