Number Fields in MUX ignore trailing Zeroes in Decimal part of the value

Issue/Introduction

Trailing Zeroes are not displayed in MUX for Number fields configured with precision of 2 decimals

STEPS TO REPRODUCE: 

  1.  Login to Clarity.
  2. Navigate to Administration -> Objects -> Project
  3. Create a new Number Attribute with 2 decimal Places and Assign an API ID.
  4. Login to New UX.
  5. Configure the new Number attribute in Project Blueprint 'Properties' Module. 
  6. Navigate to a Project in MUX and enter 4000.10 as the value

Expected Results: After the save the value should be shown as 4000.10
Actual Results: The trailing zero is removed, and value is shown as 4000.1
