No Base Installation Package for CA Workload Automation CA-7 Edition 12.1

Issue/Introduction

I want to use CSM to install CA Workload Automation CA-7 Edition 12.1.  However, when I expand the products and go to [CA - CA Workload Automation CA 7 Edition - MVS - 12.1 - 0000] I get a message indicating "The table does not contain any record."  I performed an "Update Complete Product List", but it had no effect.  I would like assistance in getting the install files through CSM.

Resolution

Just to be sure, you can right clicked on 12.1 of CA Workload Automation CA 7 Edition - MVS then clicked on 'update product release'? This should correct it.
