When a download job runs, it fails with the error message "Reason for failure: File(s) are corrupted."
There is a corrupted file in either the downloads folder or the temporary folder used for definition processing.
Delete the contents of the Temporary and Downloads folder (by default, C:\TempDownload and C:\ProgramData\Symantec\LiveUpdate Administrator\Downloads\) and then re-run the download job manually or let it run normally on its next scheduled run.
