Issue/Introduction

Cannot log in after applying build 218 Get 404 error on index.jsp

Environment

Release : 12.1

Component : OUTPUT MANAGEMENT WEB VIEWER FOR ALL PLATFORMS

Cause

catalina.sh was pointing to Java 1.7 even though Java 1.8 was installed

Resolution

catalina.sh had JRE_HOME pointing to 1.7. With Tomcat 8.5.4.  Updated to point to Java 1.8
