Since the outage this afternoon, the NodeJS agents are not connecting correctly to APM. This is happening on both our prod and nonprod tenants.
It was working fine until this afternoon.
The NodeJS agents report to our on-premise NodeJS collector and the collector sends to DXI using a cloud proxy.
Prod and Non-Prod use different collectors and Cloud proxies and neither works.
Tried restarting on-premise Collector and Cloud proxy.
Due to an Infrastructure issue at backend - DX SaaS Platform.
