Error Observed:  Microsoft.IdentityServer.Web.WebConfigurationException: No style sheet is configured in the active theme for default locale [en-AU/3081].

Note: This error can be observed for all regional Locale languages configured other than en-US.

Cause

This error occurs when the ADFS Service Account Locale is not configured to en-US

Resolution

When configuring the AD FS Server, the locale of the ADFS Service Account must be set to en-US.

As a client-side workaround, the browser locale on all impacted machines can be followed until the locale of ADFS service account gets configured to en-US locale as per recommendation on the AD FS servers.
