Issue/Introduction

We are having issues with two of the Dashboards in our new install of 21.2.8

One is a default dashboard - Interface Capacity Watch Lists

And one is a dashboard we have created, and development believes it's an issue with the iFrame blocking cross domain access.

The URL we are using for this is:

  https://raltoe102.ca.com/private/capc-portlet/?ItemName={ItemName}&ItemId={ItemId}&UserName={UserName}&UserRoleName={UserRoleName}

URL Parameter = {Culture}

Cause

Custom header Issue

Environment

Dx NetOps Performance Management 21.2.8

Resolution

Update the custom headers:

After changing the headers restart the the CAPC console process:

  •  systemctl stop caperfcenter_console 
  •  systemctl start caperfcenter_console
