Issue/Introduction

 

When using the "Suggestion: Address the xx ticket(s) on priority" list, the result is sometimes showing closed tickets in the listed suggestions.

Environment

Release : 17.3 and above

Resolution

Perform Initial Load and Refresh index and data on the search server which should resolve the issue.
