Configurint the One-click approval option in "Workflow - Password View Policy" there is a problem in that the mail for approval gets generated, but once one clicks on the "Approve"-Link from the mail, one gets redirected to an incorrect address. For instance

However the ip addresses on the appliance is correctly configured.
CA PAM 3.4.X and 4.X
This IP address is not read from the hosts file of the appliance, or from the network configuration, but rather it is filled in in the Settings --> Credential Management Settings --> Email Templates -> One Click Approval hostname page
For some reason that IP got messed up, so that the reply url is malformed
Modify Settings --> Credential Management Settings --> Email Templates -> One Click Approval hostname to represent a valid IP address (e.g. cluster or node ip)
