When creating a ticket with technical support, one of the fields asks for the version number. Where can I find this information?

The ticketing system was tailored to the needs of Broadcom/Symantec products overall, which usually do have versions. Email security.cloud does not, so you can just choose any version number there that you want. It doesn't change how the case is handled for Email Security.Cloud.
