When creating a case with Technical Support, one of the fields asks for the version number. Where can I find this information?

The design of the ticketing system

Resolution

The ticketing system was tailored to the needs of Broadcom/Symantec products overall, which usually do have versions. Email Security.cloud does not as it is a SaaS product, so you can just choose any version number.
