Issue/Introduction

Some team members on a project are showing a blank field in Allocation Cost field.

Environment

Release : All

Resolution

Make sure the following are fulfilled:

1. The rate matrix should include a match for the resource?
2. Is the 'Allocation' field showing and is there a set value for the resource?
3. The 'Allocation Cost' gets updated from the Action > Update Cost Totals .

Additional Information

The job(Update Earned Value and Cost Totals) can be ran on a daily basis to update for all projects.
