Issue/Introduction

Malware protection or all protections are showing out of date in ICDm while locally the Symantec Endpoint Security (SES) client is up to date.

Cause

Incorrect handling of update callbacks resulting in opstate update delays. 

Environment

SES 14.3 RU4 and earlier.

Resolution

This issue is fixed in Symantec Endpoint Protection 14.3.5.0 (RU5).
