We are receiving incidents of severity major when the robots were under maintenance mode window.

Below is the incident alert with description:

Short description: BootAlarm: Computer has been rebooted at 2022.3.27  0:15:07

Description:

As per the below link, We should not be receiving incidents of severity major during maintenance mode window.

Environment

Release : 20.3

Component : UIM MAINTENANCE MODE

Resolution

Follow the below step:-

1. Deactivate nas probe.
2. Deactivate maintenance_mode probe.
3. Drop the below table.

MAINTENANCE_WINDOW

4. Activate maintenance_mode probe (The maintenance_window table will be recreated)
5. Activate nas probe.
