User is having issue adding view from corporate view folder.
Cannot save library Access to C:\Program Files (x86)\Open Workbench\views\User_en.rwl was denied..

As the file (user_en.rwl) is corrupt, obtain the file (user_en.rwl) from a user that is not experiencing the problem and replace the file.
1. Obtain the file from: C:\Program Files (x86)\Open Workbench\views
2. Replace the file on the affected user's computer: C:\Program Files (x86)\Open Workbench\views
