CA Application Performance Management (APM / Wily / Introscope)

Issue/Introduction

Agents on our Retail Business Services tenant greyed out yesterday around 2:30PM EST and we had the same experience a day before that on our Development tenant RBS-TEST just around the same time. We are also seeing lots of errors on our proxy in the production environment (Retail Business Services). 

Here is the Error message in the logs that repeats continuously even when it is not greying out:
