Java error when installing NolioAgent 6.6 on zLinux

Issue/Introduction

We are trying to install the nolio agent on our zLinux server. However, it is failing with:

Environment

Release : Release Automation 6.6

Component : Nolio Agent

Cause

There is a problem installing/using the JRE embedded in the nolio_agent_linux_x64_6_6_0_b10264.sh installation file. 

 

Resolution

• Install JRE8 on zLinux
• Install the agent using the installer that does not embed java: nolio_agent_6_6_0_b9640.sh
