Issue/Introduction

cmengine.exe or egc30n.exe is crashing on Enterprise server when executing a report using option "Direct Domain Reporting".
cmengine.exe/egc30n.exe are taking a lot of memory and crash when memory used reaches 1.8 GB
 
In Windows Event Viewer Application, events like these could be see :

Reason:
egc30n.exe caused an UNKNOWN_EXCEPTION in module <UNKNOWN> at 0023:74EDC622

Cause

To retrieve data from Domains, Enterprise is using bcp command. But due to a problem in SQL Connection string bcp command does not work and alternative method SELECT/INSERT are used.

If there are a lot of data to retrieve this could take a lot of memory and generate a crash.

In TRC_REPORTER_*.log we could see error like :

Resolution

This issue is fixed in Client Automation 14.5 CU3.
