OPS/MVS OPSBCPII errors CASV0157E and CASV0160E at startup.

Issue/Introduction

Client getting errors in OPSBCPII task at startup after applying maintenance.
  
 CASV0157E Command SET error
 CASV0160E Operator command SET for server OPSS     is not recognized

All commands in the BCPPARMS are rejected.  Not recognizing the OPSS as the SSID.

Environment

Component : OPS/MVS R14.0
Z/OS 2.3

Cause

Maintenance had been installed.  Exactly what maintenance is unknown due to time frame between IPL's.

Resolution

Client worked around this by changing the SET and DIS commands in the BCPPARMS member by changing the SSID from OPSS to us the &SSID parameter.

From 
SET.OPSS BYPASSAUTOCONNECT(OFF) 

to
SET.&SSID BYPASSAUTOCONNECT(OFF)
