When trying to login with AD credentials, it says the account is locked out even if it isn't. I am able to login with a local account but little to no information is populating. The connection status page does not show any landscapes.
Firewall rules and UAC were re enabled on the OneClick and Spectrum Servers.

The issue was resolved after disabling both UAC and firewall rules on OneClick and Spectrum server. A restart is needed on both OneClick and Spectrum servers.
