For situations where a Data Protection policy that uses keyword lists has triggered for an email, and you need to know specifically which keyword was in the email and where the keyword was located.(in the email body, or one of the attachments, etc)
Open a ticket with Technical support, and they can use internal logs to find where the keyword was located in the email.
To do this, technical support will need:
1) The email in question will need to be less than 10 days old.
2) Enough information to find the specific email in the logs: Message ID, or Message Reference number, or the sender + recipient + subject line + date
