After SOI CU3 update, there is only first line of log displayed in SOI console/Alert detail/Escalation Action History … after click on …more.

Download the attached zip file and follow the below steps to apply the fix.

Stop All SOI services

Take a backup of below files




      3. Copy jar file from attached zip and replace above files.

       4. Clean up the below folder.





      5. Start all SOI Services.

      6. Close the browser and SOI console.

      7. Re-login the SOI UI server and relaunch the console.


 This will be included with CU4 upcoming patch.
