Issue/Introduction

After restarting the SpectroSERVER, it was noticed that a lot of alarms updated the generated time.

Environment

Release : 21.2

Component : Spectrum Alarm

Resolution

This is functioning as designed.

When the SpectroSERVER restarts, Spectrum will evaluate communication based alarms.

If the condition is still valid, we will update the time to properly reflect the latest contact attempt.
