MLJ4407 cannot RESTORE with GIM40901E

Issue/Introduction

Tried to RESTORE the MLJ4407, but get a GIM40901E error and cannot RESTORE it.

GIM40901E ** COPY PROCESSING TO THE SMPSTS LIBRARY FAILED FOR SOURCE LIBTSOGN IN SYSMOD MLJ4407. 
             THE RETURN CODE (04) EXCEEDED THE ALLOWABLE VALUE.

Resolution

GIM40901E is occurring because LIBTSOGN is not present in Prefix.AALJSRC.

This time, MLJ4407 will RESTORE and reconfigure with RS65816.
Create a LIBTSOGN member in Prefix.AALJSRC and copy from $LIBTSO to END of Prefix.CALJJCL(LUTSOIN2).

After that, RESTORE the MLJ4407, and remove LIBTSOGN from Prefix.AALJSRC.
