Issue/Introduction

After rebooting the Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) appliance, getting an error "EDR web console is unavailable".

Known issue 

Environment

EDR 4.6.8 and older

Resolution

Broadcom is aware of this issue and will be fixed in the upcoming build, for workaround please contact Broadcom support.
