Error code 3301 Capture failed to start due to wrong system language

Issue/Introduction

Packet capture failed to start due to system language on the machine

Environment

Network Monitor On Windows 

Cause

The network adapter drivers contained Russian characters in the device name.

Packet Capture Log Analysis showed the following :-

Resolution

Change the system language from Russian to English and reinstall Network Monitor.
